In the best tradition 48 players from 6 nations fought on the golf courses of the T-Golf & Country Club Calvia and Palma for the
Ryder Cup 2023
A few days before, a storm raged on the island. In addition, some players had to withdraw.
The night before it was raining heavily with strong winds and temperatures were close to freezing.
But on Wednesday the sun came back!
Contrary to expectations, the golf course was in excellent condition!
The temperatures rose to a moderate 15 degrees Celsius and we were able to hold our competition!!
So we started the first day in the best conditions!
We contested the first day of competition at the T-Golf & Country Club Calvia and played a scramble.
The teams drew with 5:5 points.
In four-ball / best-ball, Team Great Britain was clearly superior and took a clear lead with 12.5: 7.5 points!
On the final day, the decision was made in the individual matches. Team Great Britain needed 8 points to win.
After the individual matches, the winner was determined!
Well fought Team Great Britain!
Team Great Britain was able to keep the lead and is the winner of the Ryder Cup 2023!

Winners and defeated, all players were in high spirits on the final evening at the T-Golf & Country Club Calvia.
Together with our wonderful women, this tournament got its perfect conclusion.
We wanted to give this event a worthy setting.
We succeeded - everyone contributed.
At this point, we would like to say a heartfelt thank you to all the employees of the T-Golf & Country Club,
who actively supported us in the preparation and implementation of our Ryder Cup and also offered us perfect service on the evening of the final.
That was great!
Nevertheless, many thanks to our greenkeepers and the course architect.
The T Calvia and T Palma golf courses were in excellent condition!
A professional photographer took lots of pictures of us every day!

Dear golf friends, let's prepare ourselves. We want to defend the title next year!
